Job Description:

As a Warehouse Management System Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' specific needs and deploying our WMS solutions effectively within their operational frameworks. Your expertise in WMS principles and best practices will ensure that our implementations meet the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather detailed requirements and understand their warehouse operational needs.
• Analyze customer requirements to tailor WMS configurations that align with their business objectives.
• Conduct WMS presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of WMS implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide training and support to client teams, ensuring smooth adoption and proficient use of the WMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the WMS integrates seamlessly with other business systems.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the system post-implementation and make recommendations for adjustments or enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in warehouse management systems and technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in WMS implementation or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with clients and team members.
• Readiness to travel to client sites as required.
