We are looking for a high-potential GTM builder who will design, execute, and scale our go-to-market strategy globally. This is a unique opportunity to join early, wear multiple hats, and grow into a senior commercial leader as we expand into new markets.
What You’ll Do
As the Global GTM Builder, you’ll act as the bridge between our product, market, and customers. Your role will start hands-on and evolve into leadership:
- Strategy & Positioning
- Define target industries and buyer personas across enterprise, government, and defense.
- Craft Arpia’s global messaging and value proposition for intelligent applications.
- Sales & Business Development
- Drive early customer conversations, pilots, and proof-of-value projects.
- Manage pipeline in CRM and forecast global revenue growth.
- Partnerships & Channels
- Build alliances with system integrators, telcos, cloud providers, and government partners.
- Identify co-selling and distribution opportunities to accelerate adoption.
- Marketing Enablement
- Develop content, case studies, and campaigns that showcase customer value.
- Represent Arpia at events, panels, and industry forums.
- Operations & Enablement
- Set up repeatable sales processes and customer onboarding playbooks.
- Implement CRM dashboards and RevOps foundations to scale..
Who You Are
We’re looking for a builder personality — someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial, global environment:
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B tech, SaaS, AI, enterprise software, or consulting.
- Exposure across sales, marketing, partnerships, and GTM strategy.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills (Spanish & English).
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — can build from zero.
- Analytical and data-driven; familiar with CRM and pipeline management.
- Ambition to grow into Global GTM Director/VP as Arpia scales.
Important Note About This Role
This is not a marketing-driven or inbound-lead role. The Global GTM Builder is expected to:
- Independently identify and pursue opportunities across LatAm, U.S., and EU.
- Leverage personal networks and relationships to access C-level decision makers.
- Build trust directly with executives by showcasing Arpia’s curated use cases and selected customer successes.
- Own the pipeline end-to-end: from first contact to pilot, and from pilot to long-term contract.
Marketing support (case studies, presentations, brand material) will be provided, but the responsibility to find, open, and develop leads lies with you.
Compensation
- Total Compensation (OTE): USD 50,000 – 120,000 annually (Panama base, depending on experience and profile).
- Structure: Combination of base salary + variable bonus tied to performance.
- Variable Bonus: Typically 15–25% of OTE, linked to pipeline milestones and revenue targets.
