Job Description:

Maximize business growth and customer satisfaction by effectively managing both new referrals and existing customer accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding, continued support, and opportunity development within the ERP SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition and Follow-Up: Respond promptly to new customer referrals, conduct introductory meetings, and guide potential clients through the sales process, including presentations and demonstrations of the ERP software.
  • Onboarding and Training: Ensure new clients are smoothly transitioned into using the ERP system, including initial setup, customization to their business needs, and comprehensive training.
  • Account Management and Growth: Act as the main point of contact for existing customers, regularly checking in to assess their satisfaction and needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on their business evolution and feedback.
  • Customer Retention and Support: Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to ensure retention. Use customer feedback to suggest necessary product adjustments or improvements to the tech team.
  • Market Insight and Feedback Loop: Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities. Gather and analyze customer feedback to influence continuous product improvement and alignment with market needs.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales acumen combined with customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, ERP software, and essential business tools (e.g., MS Office).
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently, with attention to customer needs and detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the SaaS or ERP sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and adaptability.
  • Driven to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
