Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Agent to manage client interactions through our centralized chat support system. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive prompt and efficient service that aligns with the high standards of Arpia's customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate our centralized chat support to assist customers with their inquiries and issues.
  • Create and manage tickets within our CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Forward technical issues to the development team and track their resolution within the contracted time frame.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and work towards continuous improvement of the customer service experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a tech or PaaS company.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and managing ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented focus.
  • Ability to work remotely and maintain productivity and responsiveness.
